Aquaria:This
project is addressed to school-kids and the general
public with the intention of transferring knowledge
and ethic values about the marine environment. We
are using a simple approach, direct and entertaining,
in that visitors have the possibility to interact
with the common organisms from different marine
environments. People can touch organisms and observe
their reaction or feel their surface (hard or slimy).
We also provide basic information about the life
history of these organisms, and we prepared specific
educational materials for high-school students (and
teachers) of advanced biology courses. (Click
